"I am so pleased with this company.I had a terrible smell coming from the utility closet. New to the area and didn’t know where to start. Tilt was recommended to me and will keep their company in my contacts. The trap was dry and the drip was too tight. Loosened the drip slightly. Should be all that’s needed. If not, we will replace the drip tube. Hopefully, I won’t need them but so comforting to know I have a plumber I can trust. I appreciate trying the least invasive solution first."
